Evidence-Based Decision Making
With the increasing demand for evidence-based decision-making in Bhutan's development sector, EvalYouth Bhutan seeks to address the current gap in professional evaluators by nurturing a new generation of skilled evaluators. The initiative provides a platform for young people to gain knowledge, exposure, and mentorship in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) through structured programs.
Strengthening Development Processes
By encouraging youth participation in M&E, EvalYouth Bhutan contributes to strengthening accountability, transparency, and learning in Bhutan's development processes. Through strategic interventions, the initiative aspires to not only enhance youth representation in evaluation but also to ensure the long-term sustainability of a professional evaluation workforce in the country.
